Services are provided based on agreed source files, instructions, scope, timeline, output format, review method, and pricing. Website content is general information only and does not guarantee that every request can be accepted.
2. No Job, Income, Investment, Or Government Offer
99 Anna Data is a service provider website. It is not a job provider, work-from-home scheme, income opportunity, registration-fee program, investment product, loan service, government service, or government-affiliated website.
We do not promise employment, earnings, profits, commissions, approvals, government benefits, financial returns, or guaranteed business outcomes.
3. Inquiries, Quotes, And Project Formation
A website inquiry does not create a service agreement. A project starts only after scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, file handling, review expectations, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
Quotes may depend on source quality, volume, number of fields, complexity, required accuracy level, review depth, deadline, file format, and whether special data handling is required.
Quote validity
Unless a written quote states otherwise, estimates are based only on the sample, volume, and instructions available at the time of review. A quote may change if source files are different from the sample, volume increases, instructions change, deadlines become urgent, or sensitive handling requirements are added.
Project acceptance
We may accept, reject, or request more information for any project. Acceptance depends on lawful use, file quality, required turnaround, operational capacity, security risk, and whether the work fits the services described on this website.
4. Eligibility And Authority
By contacting us for a business project, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to share the information, files, and instructions you provide.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions, lawful source files, and clear output requirements.
- Confirm expected fields, formats, quality checks, deadline, and revision process.
- Remove unnecessary sensitive data before sharing samples or project files.
- Do not share passwords, OTPs, payment card details, private login credentials, or unauthorized data.
- Review samples and delivered files within the agreed review period.
- Use delivered files lawfully and verify suitability for your business purpose.
6. Prohibited Requests
We may reject requests involving unlawful data collection, fraud, impersonation, spam, phishing, credential harvesting, scraping that violates rights or laws, bypassing access controls, misleading listings, fake reviews, fake accounts, malware, illegal content, or unauthorized personal data processing.
7. Confidentiality And Data Handling

Because source files may contain handwriting, unclear scans, duplicates, inconsistent formats, or missing values, no data project can be guaranteed error-free unless a specific accuracy standard and review method are agreed in writing.
You are responsible for reviewing delivered files before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, or operational decisions.
Delivery format
Deliverables may be provided as XLSX, CSV, Google Sheets exports, cleaned spreadsheets, formatted tables, or another agreed format. We are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by unsupported software, changed third-party platform requirements, or client-side import rules unless those requirements were confirmed before work started.
Client review window
The project scope should identify how long the client has to review delivered files. If no period is stated, revision requests should be raised promptly and should identify the specific rows, fields, examples, or instructions involved.
9. Revisions And Change Requests
Included revisions are limited to corrections or adjustments within the confirmed scope. New source files, changed instructions, additional fields, expanded volume, different output formats, urgent deadlines, or rework caused by incomplete instructions may require a new estimate.
10. Payment, Cancellation, And Refunds
No payment is collected directly on this website. If a paid project is confirmed later, payment terms must be documented in writing before work begins.

11. Intellectual Property And Output Use
Unless otherwise agreed, you retain rights to the source files and business data you provide. After full payment, you may use the completed output for your internal business purposes. We retain rights to general methods, templates, know-how, tools, workflows, and non-client-specific materials used to provide services.
12. Third-Party Tools And Services
Services may involve email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, cloud storage, file conversion tools, communication platforms, or other third-party systems. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account issues outside our control.
13. Disclaimers

Client delay
If work is delayed because client files, approvals, access, clarifications, or payments are missing, deadlines may be extended and scheduled capacity may be reassigned. Rush timelines may require a new written confirmation.
17. Governing Terms
These website terms apply unless a separate written agreement is signed or clearly accepted for a specific project. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls for that project.
18. Force Majeure
99 Anna Data is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, platform outages, natural events, illness, government restrictions, security incidents, or third-party service disruption.
19. Dispute Resolution
